Seton Ridge, Halifax’s Urban Village, will be developed on the former Sisters of Charity Motherhouse site. This area is one of the largest development parcels near downtown Halifax, located just 2 km from the Halifax Peninsula above Mount Saint Vincent University and overlooking the Bedford Basin.
