Transportation

The car is often the best transportation option in South Pelham. Parking is generally easy. However, the public transit service in South Pelham is not very accessible. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. South Pelham is fairly conducive to cycling as cyclists do not encounter significant slopes. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not particularly suitable for pedestrians as few daily needs can be met without a vehicle.

Services

A supermarket is usually reachable within a reasonably short trip from anywhere in South Pelham. Moreover, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and property owners are served by a few cafes as well. As far as education is concerned, it is a short walk to get to primary schools and daycares from any location in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, high schools are not especially abundant and thus tend to require a long distance to get to.
