Core allows property owners to travel using various means of transportation. Core benefits from very good transit by reason of various nearby rapid transit stations on the Meadowvale Express and University Express, and around 30 nearby bus lines. This neighbourhood will also attract people who value living in a compact community because it is very walking-friendly; running day-to-day errands is convenient without needing a vehicle, and there are also a good number of businesses in proximity. It is easy to travel by bicycle in Core as Core is home to fairly good cycling infrastructure.

Services

In this neighbourhood, families will almost always be able to get to schools and daycares on foot. With respect to eating, it is straightforward to access both a general and a specialty grocery store without a car from most homes for sale in Core. Moreover, thanks to 100-odd restaurants and cafes in Core, there is typically a place to get a meal or a beverage just around the corner.
