Driving is a reasonably good transportation option in Berczy. It is convenient to park. On the other hand, Berczy is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, residents benefit from approximately 10 bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. It is occasionally challenging for pedestrians to navigate this part of Markham as few daily needs can be met without a vehicle. However, bicycling is convenient in this area since there are a fair number of bike lanes.

The closest grocery store in Berczy is generally only a long walk away. Likewise, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and a small number of cafes can be found as well.
