It is very easy for pedestrians to move around in this neighbourhood; carrying out day-to-day needs is especially convenient without the need to use a car, and many businesses are fairly close by. Physically active property owners will also be pleased with the very cycling-friendly nature of Cambie. More specifically, the cycling infrastructure is good, and bike-share stations are never more than a few blocks away. Owing to various nearby rapid transit stations on the Canada Line, and around 10 nearby bus lines, this neighbourhood is very transit friendly. On the other hand, driving is a rather limited mode of transportation in Cambie as it is challenging to park.
