The Narrative Condos is a new modern condominium development by Crown Communities in Scarborough.

This pre-construction project is located at 7437 Kingston Road near Rouge National Urban Park with easy access to Port Union Waterfront Park.

Residents can anticipate 146 parking spaces in an underground parking garage, with an additional 18 for visitors dispersed underground and on surface level. 88 bicycle parking spaces will also be available underground, with 10 on ground level.

The bus route also provides a seamless route to the Rouge Hill GO station that will help residents get to the Downtown Core efficiently.
