This neighbourhood allows home buyers to get around using several alternative means of transportation. The transit in this part of Richmond Hill is good thanks to a multitude of rapid transit stations on the Viva Blue, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines. Most homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also fairly well-suited for people who prefer to get around by foot; meeting daily needs is convenient without needing a vehicle. Bicycling is easy in this part of the town.

Everyday essentials

It is straightforward to access the nearest supermarket without a car from any home in this part of Richmond Hill. Furthermore, Harding is a fairly good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe.
