However, this part of the city is not particularly transit friendly. Thankfully, homeowners profit from the St. Catharines with access to the Lakeshore West. There are approximately 40 bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. This part of the city is rather bike-friendly since it is a flat ride to most locations. Walking is not particularly convenient for property owners in New Western Hill since running daily errands is occasionally difficult without needing a vehicle.
