Overview
Lucent is located in the Central City area as it is located between Gateway Station and Surrey Central Station. It is situated across from Whalley Athletic Park. The amenities in the area include restaurants, offices, recreation centers, shopping centers, and educational institutions. The building will come with integrated smart building technology by 1VALET as well as smart home integration. All units will come with the Smart Home Package except for A-plan homes which are available for upgrade at $1,500. The following units will not have parking: Jr. 1 Bed, A2 homes, and all 1 Bed homes under 500 sq. ft. below the 9th floor. Townhomes will include two parking stalls. Every unit includes one bike locker. The deposit structure is as follows: $10,000 upon signing, 2nd deposit of 5% 30 days after the acceptance of the offer, 3rd deposit of 5% six months after the 2nd deposit, 4th deposit of 5% ten business days after the later of (i) filing of an amendment to Disclosure setting out satisfactory financing; (ii) one year after acceptance of offer, and 5th deposit six months after 4th deposit
