The deposit for the Garden Flats is 15% with the following structure: $10,000 upon writing, 5% within seven days, 5% in three months from contract date, and 5% in 12 months from contract date.
All homes comes with one parking stall (1 Bed Garden Flats can be purchased without a parking stall). Completion is targeted for Spring 2026
