Transportation

City Centre will appeal to house buyers that value different means of transportation. City Centre is a fairly convenient part of Surrey for moving around by public transit as a result of plenty of nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Expo Line, and about 20 nearby bus lines. House buyers who value living in a walkable area will also be pleased with the moderately pedestrian-friendly character of City Centre; many day-to-day needs can be met without a car, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Getting around by bicycle is easy in City Centre since there are a fair number of bike lanes.

Services

It is very often practical for house buyers in City Centre to purchase groceries as pedestrians. Furthermore, those who like to eat in restaurants or cafes will have a fair number of options in this area. It is also convenient to reach a selection of clothing stores as a pedestrian.
