— Local Logic neighbourhood profile

The neighbourhood, in detail

Transportation

The best transportation option in this area is usually driving. It is straightforward to park, and nearby highways, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, are fairly easy to reach from any location in this part of Niagara Falls. However, this area is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are about 20 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily very close by. It is occasionally challenging for people travelling by foot to move around in this part of the city as few common errands can be run without the need for a vehicle. Although cyclists do not face serious hills, Beaverdams is also not particularly bike-friendly as the cycling network is fairly poor.

Services

It is frequently possible for property owners in this area to do grocery shopping without the need for a vehicle. Furthermore, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of opportunities, and a limited selection of coffee shops can be found as well. As far as education is concerned, it is a rather short distance to get to daycares and primary schools from most properties for sale in Beaverdams. In contrast, families may find it challenging for their children to reach high schools by walking.

Character

The character of Beaverdams is exemplified by its calm atmosphere. This part of Niagara Falls is excellent for those who need quiet areas, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Finally, reaching green spaces, like Kalar Sports Park, is easy from many locations within the neighbourhood since there are about 30 of them nearby for residents to check out.
